Are you an organizer or self-organizing artist and considering a cooperation with konzertsaal.at?

In principle, cooperation is possible in two forms.

-) Live stream of the concert directly from the hall

If you would like to book a team from konzertsaal.at for the stream, please contact us by email.

Or you can organize the transmission yourself with a bit of skill (or an existing sound engineer). A laptop, an audio interface (Steinberg, Focusrite, Zoom etc.) with stereo miking, at least a good webcam with video in 720p and a stable one are required Internet connection in the hall. We recommend using the free OBS Studio software. We recommend the following settings for OBS:

Stream: Data is transmitted to you - use your own YouTube account to test it
Output: audio track: 2 | Encoder x264 | Bit rate 2500 Kbps | Keyframe interval 2

Audio: Everything to max

Video: basic resolution 1920x1080

Output resolution: 1280x720

FPS 30

To avoid a stream failure during the concert, please test your equipment extensively. A stable upload with your internet connection is important.

We will send you the streaming key one day in advance, and we will then start the live stream. We do not assume any liability for technical failures and reclaims of online tickets if the concert was not recorded by konzertsaal.at.

Costs for organizers:

If the stream is provided by the organizer:
Streaming and processing fee: € 100, - + 5% of the online tickets sold
Depending on the choice of program, there is an AKM license fee, which is billed via konzertsaal.at.

Recording by a team from konzertsaal.at:
Streaming and processing fee: 15% of the online tickets sold (at least € 40.00)
Costs for the recording on request, please include any microphone and camera requests (price differences ), notification of Internet availability (possibly LTE network mobile network, etc.)

The price for the online tickets can be set by the organizer. Please note that a small fee will be deducted from the payment service provider.

-) Transmission of a concert recording

Of course, you can still send us a concert recording, which we will then stream via konzertsaal.at at a previously agreed time. The recording should be at least 45 minutes long and have a resolution of 720p. Data transfer via google drive is recommended.

Please note:

You are the organizer at konzertsaal.at, we only offer the platform as a digital stage. You have to promote the stream to your regular guests in order to sell tickets. Financial success is strongly related to the size and mobilization of your own audience. Use e.g. mailchimp etc. to make your audience aware of the stream.

In order to use your recording on konzertsaal.at, you must in any case have all rights to the recording or the consent of all participants and sign this as part of an agreement.

We are open to all genres.
